Pick your dates
Accept the quote and your liaison books the appointments on your calendar, arranges pickup, requests your Medical Fast Pass, and sends a plain-English itinerary.
Fill in your forms once
Medical history, consent and records authorization live in your account — done once, shared only with the clinic you chose, so nobody hands you a Spanish clipboard.
Go, get treated, come home
Straight into your appointment, a doctor with time for you, translated messages if you need them, and the Fast Pass lane home when it’s available.
We check in after
A call the next day, your warranty and treatment summary in your records, and a liaison who gets the clinic on the phone if anything is ever off.
About the border
Crossing in
Walking south through San Ysidro takes minutes. Driving is easy too; many patients park on the U.S. side and get picked up by the clinic or by us.
Medical Fast Pass
The City of Tijuana runs a program that lets patients of registered clinics use a priority lane driving back into the U.S. Your clinic requests it for your appointment day. It is widely used but it is the city’s program, so we never promise it — your liaison tells you if it’s available for your dates.
What to bring
A U.S. passport book or passport card (or green card plus passport). Your phone — most U.S. plans include Mexico. Your liaison’s number, which you’ll already have.
