Who we are. Puente Health ("Puente", "we") is a patient liaison and coordination service based in San Diego, California. We help you find, compare and schedule care with independent, licensed healthcare providers in Mexico and we provide bilingual support and logistics. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not practice medicine or dentistry, and we are not an insurance company.

Independent providers. Clinics and doctors listed on this site are independent businesses licensed and regulated in Mexico. They are solely responsible for the care they provide. Quotes are prepared by the clinic; the final treatment plan is agreed between you and your treating doctor after an in-person examination.

Our fees. Liaison fees and memberships pay for coordination services only. Clinics may pay us a referral or listing fee, which we disclose and which does not change your price.

Your responsibilities. Provide accurate health information, follow your provider's instructions, hold valid travel documents, and pay the clinic for treatment as agreed.

No guarantees. We do not guarantee outcomes, prices after examination, border wait times, or Medical Fast Pass availability. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puente's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Disputes. California law; venue San Diego County; parties will attempt mediation before litigation.

Accounts & conduct. Keep your login private; do not misuse the service.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after notice is acceptance.
