Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

• Liaison fee (per trip): fully refundable if no appointment is scheduled within 30 days; 50% refundable if cancelled more than 72 hours before the first appointment; non-refundable within 72 hours.
• Membership: cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period; no partial refunds.
• Clinic deposits: governed by the clinic's own policy, shown on your quote.
• Treatment fees are paid to the clinic; refunds are between you and the clinic, and your liaison will help.
